DDAR & Win NT 4

Has anyone got DDAR Audio Reciever server software running under NT4?
The manual makes no mention of OS requirements. AR works fine under
Win2k, but under NT4 the install is successful but attempting to
start AR gives an error "unable to find iphlpapi.dll" -- and
indeed
it doesn't exist. Copying iphlpapi.dll from Win2k to NT4 is a
nonstarter (as you'd probably expect).
