Seems very uncharacteristic - when I was having WiFi interoperability
problems they bent over backwards to help - so proactive they
actually called me in response to an e-mail to support, the first of
several calls over several weeks, and at one point also offered a
full refund when progress was stalled.
They also send out automatic notification of driver upgrades for
products you have purchased from them which is a nice touch.
That said, they didn't actually manage to solve my problem, (I fixed
it myself eventually), but full marks for trying.
