We have a security camera at work which overlooks a yard where our
cycles are parked. The cycles get interest from the wrong kind, and
despite them being locked up various people would like to be able to
have a browser window showing the yard for piece of mind.

What's the best way for us to grab the B&W picture from the camera and
have available as a JPEG via HTTP?
