if nt4 / w2k - CTRL + ALT + DEL.
 
For 95 / 98 I think you can put a short cut to .SCR file (cannot remember details off hand).

One of our girls has just moved from a private office into the main office.  She does a lot of confidential stuff on her PC and I want her to be able to quickly blank her screen or invoke her screen saver with a mouse click or something.
 
Any ideas?
