Thanks to all for the ideas\info.

I'm going to contact Manweb, and if they won't do anything about it,
i'm still going to put a lock on it...they can argue with me
afterwards, but imagine if we were out and the elctric went off for a
day or so, we would have lots of runined freezer food etc.
