MANWEB own the incoming fuse and the meter.
The box is part of YOUR house and everything on the consumer side of the
meter is yours.

How about some form of lockable cover over the consumer unit or even an
internal door with a cutout to reveal the face of the meter for reading
purposes. They might get snotty if they cant visually inspect "Their
Equipment" in which case a large perspex area giving visiblity of all
MANWEB
kit but preventing prying fingers turning off the power.

While you are at it, put a small CCTV camera in there and fit a microswitch
to the door to record which little B******* are doing it.
