I have a BT Easicom TV3 unit on the Tel Out side of Comfort and it
registers all the incoming calls regardless of security mode.

How do I know it's getting them all I hear you ask.  I have a CID phone on
the tel in side that I can reconcile back to.

Thanks Steve.  Comfort don't seem to know this  is an issue so I'll forward
this to them.

Let me know if it works OK on the IN.

Regards

M.

Mark,

I too have the solwise & can now confirm  caller ID is not passed in away
mode. Comforts answer machine took the call  after 3 or so rings but still
should have seen the ID.

I guess, I too will be swaping to TEL  IN

Steve

Yep - seems to work OK when Comfort is NOT  armed, but when it is it's
missing calls.  I have Solwise box wired to  TEL OUT too but will try
wiring it BEFORE Comfort this weekend.

Thanks

M.

Mark,

I have CID wired on TEL OUT works fine,  although i am yet to use comfort
as an alarm seriously as i am still  expanding it.

It would be easy for me to arm to away mode  and stay in and test CID as i
have no more than a door magnet  active.

Wasn't that where you prob was ?
