Having been made redundant I've been panicking somewhat over the
wedding recently - namely where to go on a honeymoon as I had originally
planned that we would go next year when hopefully we'd have some cash spare

but no, she wants to go now straight after the wedding.

Just
found out today that the mother-in-law to be has won a fortnight for two in
Gran Canaria which can be taken whenever she wants - since they're already
going to South Africa for Christmas then we've been offered it instead!
(Subject to the company agreeing to transfer the holiday to
us.)
