Response back from my royal mail guy (not much use,
but.....!)
The best advice I can give on this is to phone the
customer care
line on
08457 740 740 . Your friend can put 'Return to
Sender'/'No longer at
this
address' on the mail and the mailshots
should stop coming through to
them.
However, it could take a while
to
stop the mail
completely.
