Because they know we have no other option and want to milk us for every last penny? If NTL get their arses in gear and get us cabled up for digital them I'm getting that in and I'll just finish the years contract for ISDN then they can have it back!

Why don't BT offer a 24/7 connection on ISDN for those of us that can't get cable or ADSL for a REASONABLE price!

I'm just not very confident in the ability to deliver in the wake of
EuropeOnline and now Starspeeder.

Even though ISDN is much slower at least it's a known entity to me,
so I may take that option for 12 months, and then look at what else
is available.
