Can
someone tell me the pros and cons of cablemodem and
ADSL.
I
*think* I can get either in my area.
If so
I am not sure which one I should go for!?
I
guess they should be routed to node0?
Also,
does anyone know whether it is better to leave a computer on 24/7 or is it
better to shut down frequently...., regularly....,
occasionally?

those of us that can't get cable or ADSL for a REASONABLE

I'm just not very confident in the ability to deliver in
the wake of
EuropeOnline and now Starspeeder.
Even though ISDN
is
much slower at least it's a known entity to me,
so I may take that
option for 12 months, and then look at what else
is
available.
