My best guess:

SWA - at least 4 core plus a couple of lengths of CAT5 for possible
control,
intercom etc. I guess :)

You may want some decorative/security lighting too in which case the other
SWA core could be used - think ahead.

Depending on the motor load and distance involved, 1.5mm^2 would be a
minimum CSA, with 2.5mm^2 being more useful.  Of course if your drive if
500m then CAT5 might struggle over that distance :)
