A little snippet today on the Register, if anyone is thinking of upgrading
their PC systems (and i mean, RIGHT to the top of the house here!)

it seems AMD have put out a series of Modded T-Bird core CPUs, meaning that
even the 1Ghz parts (which are rather fast to start with!) can be
overclokced with ease, in most cases as high as 1.5Ghz. At this speed, they
will wipe the floor with even the newly shipped 1.7Gh P4.
