OK guys, here is the deal:

We can have the pub function room, going on into the night for a twenty
quid
deposit (refundable if more than twenty people turn up) and for that we
will
get the upstairs bar opened up (still have to pay for drinks of course).
They will also do a buffet (sandwiches, pies, pizza slices, sausage rolls
etc) for 3.50 per head in multiples of five. I really think this is a tough
offer to beat for central London, what do you all think? I told the
landlord
I would confirm at 3pm tomorrow so let me have your answers as soon as
possible.

Graham

P.S. I have also registered for windows show, so maybe we should aim to get
to the pub around 4pm rather than 3pm.
