Does
anyone know the "rule" for deciding when the clocks go backwards and
forwards
for signifying the start and and of British Summer Time? As was discussed
in a
previous email, Homevision doesn't know when our clocks alter and I'm
finding that the HomeVisions calculations for Sunrise and Sunset are quite
some
way out still. I was just looking for a possible way to implement
this.
