Easy ... I'd use Keiths KAT5 transmitter and receiver.

I would not even try to run an S-video feed for 10m ... I know people do it
and I know people will tell you it ca be done and theirs work fine. Bring
me
a 10m s-video cable round here, we'll stick it between my DSP-A1 and my
QuadScan and do an AB comparison with a freebie 1m cable on my projector
and
I guarantee you'll tell the difference.
