There's already a couple of hefty ferrite lumps on the power cord between
the PSU and the QuadScan ... I was assuming that the PSU was generating the
noise as it's a switched mode thing rather than a straight transformer -
can
the QuadScan return noise back through a switched mode PSU?

I'll try playing with the connections to the Quadscan and see if anything
quietens it down a little.

Sorry for the delay in posting back ... just been to see the vicar to see
about getting hitched to the missus. Thought it might be a good idea as
then
it makes it more difficult for her to leave me for all of my toys! Wonder
if
I can change the wording of the service to cover me for less grief when
buying gear?
