A tm12u responds to all 16 unit codes on one housecode. The tm12u has a
built in appliance module on UC 1. Each ms13 takes 2 unit codes since it
has
a light sensor in it.
therefore you can have 7 ms13's on one tm12u....if you disable the light
sensor you could have 15 x ms13's on it.
