Don't Blame Oftel!
Blame BT! I am no fan of the winged watchdog, but blaming them in this
scenario is like some dodgy burglar justifying his crimes because "The
police weren't there to catch him, so he just had to do it"
It's not Oftel's fault that BT is divided into a million little
empires, or that their customer service is so diabolically bad.
It's also not Oftel's fault that they don't offer an ISP along with HH,
it's laid down in law and is a damn good thing.
Personally, the sooner BT is fractured into divisions, none of which
are big enough to seize a monopoly, and their acquisition into larger
groups is prevented by legisation, the better!
Ian.
