For anyone looking into a DIY approach, Keene Electronics (and others I
imagine) offer a replacement 5 1/4 blanking plate which moves a number of
the PC AV and USB inputs to the front. If you have a spare bay, or a
blanking plate over a HDD, this could be useful.
