Quick experiment at home tonight. Copied a DiVx encoded video to my server
with the following spec...

VIDEO
640 x 360
24 Bits
23.976 Frames/Sec
130 KB/Sec
DIVXMPG4 V3

AUDIO
MPEG Layer-3
127 kBit/s
44,100 Hz
Stereo

I then played it over the LAN simultaneously on the two machines in my
study
(all 3 PCs with 100mhz NICS on a 10/100 hub).

Played lovely - without dropping a frame.  Now if only I had the hardware
to
allow me to capture in DiVx in real time.
