If any of the organisers subscribe to this list, we've blown our cover!
 
Did someone discover the details for this event or did the organisers contact Mark M? If it was the latter, they are probably expecting enthusiasts too :-)

What's the worst that they can do, turn me away at the door (I hope that's all they can do).  My interest in attending is to see what's new, get an idea of what I can do with Home Automation (that I haven't learned already from this and other groups) and to meet the good folks from UKHA.
 
I'm only down the road, so if they turn me away, a daytrip to London to do some shopping is not such a bad thing.

It looked fairly clear that Joe Public was >not< going to be let in.

One of the benefits of owning a Limited Company ;)
