Subject: RE: [ukha_d] Battery
pouches?
I
buy mine in boxes of 32 from (sssssshh) PC World ... unfortunately they
soon
get raggy and what I'm looking for is a safe way of hoiking around about a
dozen AAs for my camera. Now, the reason I say safe is that I used to just
lob
them loose in my bag and one day they accidentally made a circuit ... the
result was messy to say the least and I'm glad that my camera wasn't in
there
at the time!
Phil
Not as much as this one:
If you buy your batteries in dozens, you will find
they
come in a convenient cardboard box.
To make identification easier, this box will be
pre-printed with the text "12 AA batteries"
:-)

OK - I deserved that one!

How about an ammunition belt from your local Army and Navy store,
should be about the same size as cartridges and would be ready for
action ! 'Course you would look a complete t*t but you didn't actually
specify that you wanted a sensible answer ;-)

Given that we're all gadget freaks has anyone
seen anything that is suitable for carrying maybe a dozen AA batteries
safely when out and about?
