Hi all,

A bit off-topic, but I'm wondering if there's anyone out there with experience with harnessing mother nature to generate electricity/hot water.  I've come across a lot of sites which promote alternative energy, but none that offer any great advice, where to start etc.

I don't have any great need to do this, since I live on a large housing estate and do have mains electricity, it's something I've always wanted to do.

Cheers!
- Phil
