I really don't get this audiophile thing. You spend tens of thousands of
pounds on a clinically accurate system that makes 90% of your CDs sound
absolutely shite, because you can hear all the mistakes, gating, fader
noise
etc.

I played Slayer's "Reign In Blood" on my mate's 100 grand system.
It was
dreadful. Sounded much nicer to me on my 400 quid equivalent. I guess I'm
lucky that I have cheap taste. ;)
