help with power ratings etc.

can somebody please help me with trying to figure out some loads etc.
in trying to calculate how much gear I can run off each circuit to the
board
I have, each circuit is 10 amps, most of my equipment has wattage ratings
on
the back (ie: 240v 200watts), is there a simple calculation (maybe ohms
law)
to figure this out?
