Title: Re: [ukha_d] Bathroom Light Switch
Hi Robert,

I spoke to the 'secret switch' people as well re this - they have not got approval for a wall mounted proximity switch for use in bathrooms (and have abandoned current plans to do so ) but say if it is mounted behind a tile that should meet approvals although they do not market the switch with this statement - I am still skeptical. (They make another product with a hidden wire antenna for sensing that uses an isolating psu down to 5V which is approved). However I am intrigued by this so I will have a word with Harrisons & see what they say - BTW I am in Huddersfield too.

A local retailer (David Harrisons) here sells proximity switches that look
like a standard single gang blanking plate, there is a small led i think
which is just about visible.

Salesman also told me you could fit it behind, say a bathroom tile and it
would still work.

Any good?
