My brother-in-law (installs alarms/access control/cctv etc) got them for me
from a security wholesaler he uses.  I can find out company/make/model
tonight for you.

They have 6 terminals on the base:
+12v
0v
Common
Normally open (untriggered)
Nomally closed (untriggered)
Spare - use for looping/tamper

They can be set to latch (ie stay in the triggered state) until reset by
removing power, or set to non-latching.  Mine are set to latch, and a panel
output is configured to switch on a detector reset event - this interrupts
power and resets the detectors should I ever need it.

Depending on the circuit you need, you could wire them in series for a NC
loop, or in parallel for a NO loop.  If you need any more info (such as EOL
wiring etc) let me know.
