Haven't done it myself but I understand that the line level outputs from a
turntable are too low to be useable. Best to plug it into your amp and take
the tape deck output to your line level input of your soundcard.

But I might be wrong...!

Is it as simple as plugging the turntable output into the Line in on
the sound card ?

Any ideas ?
