With regard to RS delivery charges... From Memory....
Standard delivery is FOC for Account Holders and about £4.00 for
non-account
holders. However, upgrade the Standard Delivery to Guaranteed next day for
around £0.90 (Ninety pence!) and the Standard Delivery charge gets
"forgotten" from the order.
Has always worked for me.....
