Have a look at www.swiftautomation.co.uk I have used their products for
many
years and found them to be very good, I am not sure if they will deal
direct
but you will get lots of info. As for the garage alarm why not just make it
a separate system then signal back to the house using an X10 Powerflash and
remote siren.
