I agree it is a very good product but and it's a big BUT, it can only do
CLI / CID processing after it has answered the call. Most people here I
think (Well Paul and myself) want the ability to answer the call
automatically or not to answer the call automatically based on the CLI info
presented.

I am currently playing with Homeseer Phone Beta as it can do everything
that WinIVR can do and much more hopefully.
