UK to USA plug converter

Does anyone know of a source for adapters to convert a UK square pin plug
to a USA style one?  Apparently in Thailand the use 220v and 50Hz but with
USA plugs, and someone there wants some X10 from me.  If not anyone know of
a UK source of USA plugs?
