The trouble is, that since the introduction of Highway, the facilities
available to domestic customers on ISDN are only a sub-set. I use an ISDN
PBX for voice, and have call forwarding, and call hold, I had to switch to
a
business installation to get them. The added benefit, is that when it goes
wrong it usually gets fixed more quickly.
BT also don't seem to understand that I might want ADSL *and* ISDN, as they
only seem to see ISDN as a data solution.
