Don't know too much about ADSL (since my exchange won't be getting it
any time soon) but I know Demon were one of the triallists for ADSL.
I don't think their ADSL service is available yet but they have some
new services being launched ("probably" <g>) tomorrow
(Mon).  Might be
worth a look?  I know for a fact they give you a static IP address.
