Have you taken a look at www.net4nowt.com ? they have listings and reviews
of all unmetered ISPs ....By the way I'm on a cable-modem now, with
blueyonder (teleworst) ...what a nightmare!! my 24/7 dial up was more
stable
for accessing homeseer remotely!!
