No, although it's technically against the rules to use the "single
PC" ADSL
service for multiple PC's, there's nothing at all to stop YOU using NAT in
your house to do so (either a Proxy server, or the Windows Internet
Connection Sharing service.
When I say no NAT, I mean that BT aren't using NAT to assign YOU a
translated IP address. - the significance of this is that YOU can therefore
still host a webserver at your end, and it will be accessable from the W3.

If BT WERE using NAT, it would be impossible to publish a website from your
end of the connection, because the translated IP address assigned to you
would not be accessable from the W3.
so, no NAT is a good thing!
