The Misterhouse code, like most of the other Unix examples, relies on a
DS2480 line drivers (like the DS9097-U has.) The kit I got came with a
DS9097E, which requires the software to do all the time slot stuff. I found
some older software Digitemp, which will use the adaptor I have.

The DS9097U does seem a lot better, but I havn't found a UK supplier of it
yet.

For now though I am happy, the thing now works, and so does my graphing
script (using Cricket)

The code I have only works with DS1820 temp sensors, so I'm really looking
forward to extending it to work with other devices (such as the DS2407
addressable switch etc) (how sad does that sound :-)
