I wasn't criticising, just wondering if you knew.  I thought the USA was
quite strict about not having potentially mains voltages draped around on
low voltage wiring too, but ISTR the mini-controller is quite slim (so no
room for a mains transformer?).  They're usually quick to plaster
disclaimers all over the place, so I just wondered if you'd seen inside one
of the units.  It certainly seems like a nice mod.
