Just to let you know, and have it recorded in the archive that my DS9097E
com port adaptor is now working just fine.
I took it to my friends house, who has win95 & a DB25 serial port, the
supplied examples worked fine, when I returned home, I plugged the adaptor
back into my Linux PC, and the stuff worked fine.
I don't know why, and at the moment, I'm not really interested :-)
