I use an appliance module for this (actually the one built in as part of
the
X10 RF gateway) and it works like a treat.

Hi,
I know that this is one of the basic HA / X10 questions but it's the
first time I've thought about garden lighting. Can I use an appliance
module to turn on garden Halogen lights? I know I can't use a lamp module
(someone once said something about current leaking through - I think!) but
is an appliance module ok?
Many thanks
Andy
