It will work along side HomeVision.  However you can't program HV using HomeSeer.

That's enough convincing for me!

I've just downloaded and registered it.

As an aside, I've getting a DNS error trying to get to ConceptUK.

I have an address of http://www.concept-devices.freeserve.co.uk/

Anyone know any better??
