Im moving house at the end of the month and would like to interface the
alarm(already installed by the builders). Only thing is he wasn't too sure
how to achieve this.

My main idea is to pick up when the alarm is armed and disarmed so I can
set a 'At Home'  flag in homeseer. Also the ability to pick up if the alarm
has been set off would be nice.

Do you think this is possible ?

Now I don't have information about the Alarm Panel at the moment , Hope to
talk to the installer tomorrow, but I just wanted to check if a unversal
module or something would work here given the right sort of outputs on the
Alarm panel.
