1. There is plenty of DUN dialers that will do this and I am currently
trying Dialer 2000 ( http://www.techlogic.qc.ca/dialer2000/newindex.asp
).

2. Have a look @ webcam32 ( http://www.webcam32.com ) this should do
what it.
