If so, the LD10/AD10 DIN rail module would seem to do what you are after,
but you would have to use it with a normal switch instead of a momentary
one.

Does that do what you need?  You could X-10 main or halogen lights on or
off, but the switch would switch both at once (if you used a momentary
switch, and one light was on and one off, it would just keep toggling them
both...

Not being an X-10 expert, I can only say that it should work in theory,
take L from one module to the switch, and send the switch return to both
modules, maybe someone else will actually have tried it... as long as both
are in the same box, it looks like it should be fine.
