Simple wiring question

I have quite a few plug in X10 modules but these are no good for my
lighting
ccts that are all wired directly or use 5 amp round pin plugs. I have used
a junction box for each cct and can re-wire from each box to a central CU
in
the loft (similar to last thread on CU).
How does the manual ON/OFF switch interface with the Din rail mounted in
the
CU.
Can I have the manaul swithc as well the X10 control (all switchs wired as
standard - live switched).
