Hi Mark,

He could use an Ocelot and have HS set an Ocelot var to "1" every
min.
The Ocelot could reset this var to "0" and check that it goes to
"1"
within 2 mins. If then the var stays at "0" the Ocelot could then
toggle the power to the PC.
