It's not a figure I've ever come across, but I would say 70 degC as a first
guess.  However, assuming it's not carrying appreciable current, so you are
only concerned about damage to the insulation rather than heat loss, it
should be fine to >100 degC.

As I said, I've never noticed a figure for it on a datasheet...
