I'm sure many will remember that a few years ago some PC's used to be
housed
in plastic enclosures, until an EC directive forbade it for this very
reason...

Strikes me that plastic has more fire risk than wood? - melts to mush and
burns like buggery!!

(I remember the old Amstrad PC1512's & PC1640's!! - say what you like
about
Amstrad, but these babies were THE business PC of the late eighties/early
nineties!)
