Internet Call Waiting from BT:

Still on trial, (and no more trial spaces available ;-( ) as you say, but
basically if you get a call when you are using the phone, it diverts to
another number (0870 something IIRC), which passes the call via the
internet to some software on your machine.
It will slow down your net use, and you pay for the Call Diversion, but
it's a neat idea!
